ML2Load

Delivery, optimized

An end-to-end system for intelligent logistics that brings four tightly coupled problems into a single decision engine: load composition, routing, re-planning and production-shipping synchronization. It doesn't replace the planner but supports them as a co-pilot, with a human-in-the-loop approach and proposals explained in natural language, maximizing vehicle saturation and adherence to customer SLAs.

Intelligent logistics: load composition, routing, re-planning and production-shipping sync in a single engine.

ML2Load

Delivery, optimized

An end-to-end system for intelligent logistics that coordinates four tightly coupled problems in a single decision engine: how to compose the load, how to route deliveries, how to react to disruptions and how to synchronize production and shipping. It doesn’t replace the planner but supports them as a co-pilot — a human-in-the-loop approach, with proposals explained in natural language — maximizing vehicle saturation and adherence to customer SLAs.

3D Load Planning Load composition respecting total weight, axle distribution, dimensions, stability and LIFO unloading order: the last customer on the route is the first to be loaded.
Vehicle Routing with Time Windows Delivery sequence that minimizes km and time while respecting unloading windows, driver hours, vehicle-customer constraints, return to depot and multi-depot geography.
Dynamic Re-planning Event-driven recalculation of the plan as inputs change — delays, changes, shifted windows — with a stability policy that avoids upending plans already communicated.
Production ↔ Delivery Sync Bidirectional alignment between order readiness and vehicle departure: production status feeds logistics, and delivery priorities steer the production sequence.

The four levers of the system

Each area can be engaged on its own or as an integrated path, scaled to your real needs.

01
Load

3D Load Planning

Load composition that respects every physical and operational constraint.

  • Total weight, axle distribution, dimensions and stability
  • LIFO unloading order: the last customer on the route is the first to be loaded

What you getFull vehicles and a coherent unloading sequence.

02
Routes

Vehicle Routing with Time Windows

Delivery sequence that minimizes km and time while respecting real constraints.

  • Unloading windows, driver hours and vehicle-customer constraints
  • Return to depot and multi-depot geography

What you getFewer kilometers, more on-time deliveries.

03
Disruptions

Dynamic Re-planning

Event-driven recalculation of the plan as inputs change.

  • Reaction to delays, changes and shifted windows
  • Stability policy that avoids upending plans already communicated

What you getPlans that hold up against disruptions.

04
Sync

Production ↔ Delivery Sync

Bidirectional alignment between production and shipping.

  • Production status feeds logistics
  • Delivery priorities steer the production sequence

What you getProduction and deliveries that talk to each other.

A Four-Step Path

Every project starts from where you really are: a no-commitment initial assessment to define priorities and goals.

01
Composition

The engine composes the load respecting weight, axles, stability and unloading order.

02
Routing

It generates the optimal delivery sequence while respecting windows and constraints.

03
Proposal to the planner

It presents proposals explained in natural language, as a human-in-the-loop co-pilot.

04
Re-planning

It recalculates the plan event-driven as inputs change, with a stability policy.

Let's Talk, No Commitment

Tell us your need: you'll get a clear picture of the priorities, even if the path continues without us.
