ML2Load
Delivery, optimized
An end-to-end system for intelligent logistics that coordinates four tightly coupled problems in a single decision engine: how to compose the load, how to route deliveries, how to react to disruptions and how to synchronize production and shipping. It doesn’t replace the planner but supports them as a co-pilot — a human-in-the-loop approach, with proposals explained in natural language — maximizing vehicle saturation and adherence to customer SLAs.
3D Load Planning
Load composition respecting total weight, axle distribution, dimensions, stability and LIFO unloading order: the last customer on the route is the first to be loaded.
Vehicle Routing with Time Windows
Delivery sequence that minimizes km and time while respecting unloading windows, driver hours, vehicle-customer constraints, return to depot and multi-depot geography.
Dynamic Re-planning
Event-driven recalculation of the plan as inputs change — delays, changes, shifted windows — with a stability policy that avoids upending plans already communicated.
Production ↔ Delivery Sync
Bidirectional alignment between order readiness and vehicle departure: production status feeds logistics, and delivery priorities steer the production sequence.
